By accessing and using TODOC.ai ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

TODOC.ai provides a web-based service that allows users to convert Markdown text and AI conversation exports into various document formats including Word, PDF, Excel, and image files.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of our Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly depending on your plan). Prices shown at checkout always prevail.

Monthly Plan: $9.90 per month
Yearly Plan: $79 per year
Lifetime Plan: $149 one-time payment

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you submit to our Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. Your source content is processed temporarily for conversion and is not retained separately after conversion. Converted files may be retained for the export-history period included with your plan, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
To transmit harmful, offensive, or objectionable content
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
To interfere with or disrupt the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TODOC.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page.
